**Description**


As our
Finance Manager of Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO), you'll
participate in NIKE's long-range financial planning process, ensuring optimal
investment against Enterprise level strategic initiatives. You'll drive financial rigor in the creation
of investment plans, prepare and distribute timely and insightful analysis to
report progress against our strategic investments through the various PMO
committees, and develop critical cross-functional relationships to support
these deliverables.


Specifically,
you will drive the following areas:


+ ManageNike, Inc.'s capital investment governance process and drive increasedefficiency, transparency, accountability, and best practices proliferationacross functions and investment sub-committees

+ Drivefinancial rigor and discipline for strategic investments to ensure optimalreturn on investment spend

+ Coordinateand participate in cross-functional investment committee meetings

+ Enhanceinternal reporting against key financial and operational metrics for Nike'scapital investment portfolio to inform executive level decision making and driveaccountability and tangibility around value capture and benefits realization

+ Provideappropriate governance over execution of in-year initiatives by developing enterprise levelpoint-of-views on investment prioritization and phasing and pacing ofinvestment plans to achieve financial guardrails and mitigate risk

+ Elevateinvestment performance management and forecast accuracy to drive discipline against investment planand align the PMO financial reporting processes to align with the Corporatestrategic agenda


**Qualifications**


+ Requirementsfor the position include:

+ Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field

+ 2 years'additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

+ MBA, CPAor CMA is strongly preferred

+ Advancedlevel degree or accounting certification maybe considered in lieu of 1 yearexperience

+ 6+ years'experience in financial reporting, financial planning, strategic planning andannual budgeting

+ Experiencein a Fortune 500 consumer products or other multi-national firm is preferred

+ Attentionto detail in the development of quality reporting and analytics forexecutive-level personnel and senior management

+ Ability towork collaboratively within a large organization

+ Provenstrong financial analysis skills; technical corporate finance, accounting, andvaluation skills

+ Superiorwritten and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate and present tosenior management (PowerPoint proficient)

+ Strongproficiency with financial analysis tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel andAccess

+ Experiencewith SAP (COPA, BW, ECCS) is preferred

+ Problemstructuring and strategic problem-solving skills

+ Experiencein investment banking, management consulting, or financial planning andanalysis at a large corporation is a plus

+ Ability topass a 7-year background check
