**Description**

The Senior Director of Digital Commerce Partners will lead a cross-functional account team, including; sales, operations, analytics and marketing. This role will report into the VP of Global Marketplace Development and VP of North America Sales.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Visioning, Strategy Development and Best Practicesth plans for Digital Commerce Partners through Nike strategic planning processes. Focusing on serving consumers, building the brand, and creating healthy growth

+ Develop and oversee a strategy that differentiates Nike on Digital Commerce Partner's platforms by elevating the consumer experience, driving traffic, optimizing operations, and having an assortment strategy

+ Utilize new and existing data to uncover areas for growth on Digital Commerce Partner sites for Nike

+ Partner with the finance and operations team to create specific Digital Commerce Partner P&Ls


**Account Management:**


+ Provides support of the pre- or post-sales process and external customers' needs, not just actual selling. Direct interaction with customers or consumers via phone, e-mail and chat in order to resolve issues, facilitate order placement, or answer questions

+ Lead the everyday Digital Commerce Partner business for the Nike, focusing on sales and marketing activities, search ranking improvement, and conversion rate optimization.

+ Provide deep dive analysis on product placement and promotional performance to drive future decision-making

+ Oversee, and work with cross-functional teams within Nike, on forecasting, merchandising, pricing, product content, inventory management, market research, and demand generation for Digital Commerce Partners.


**Analytics / Reporting:**


+ With our analytics teams, co-develop robust tools and capabilities to measure and evaluate the impact & performance of our partnerships

+ Build reporting tools from multiple data sets to uncover Nike specific trends and insights seen in Digital Commerce Partners and share across the organization

+ Track user reviews for trends in product quality and other consumer insights

+ Manage external data provider relationships to leverage their insights to develop Digital Commerce Partner growth strategies


**Operations, Supply Chain & Fulfillment Models:**


+ Innovates and establishes new ways of integration to ensure consumers have easy and fast access to Nike's products.

+ Collaborate with Nike operations and supply chain to deliver operational requirements for our Digital Commerce Partners, minimizing costs and maximizing service levels for consumers.


**Team Leadership:**


+ Hire a best-in-class team with experience in the digital space

+ Develop a pipeline of future leaders for Nike


**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor's degree (or additional work experience in lieu of degree)

+ 15 years relevant work experience in digital commerce, athletic and/or consumer products industries with key experience in Retail (multi-channel/Digital)

+ Strong proven abilities managing and implementing retail programs, policies, procedures, and methodologies

+ Demonstrates strong capabilities in stakeholder/matrix management across functions

+ Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals/objectives/vision

+ Ability to champion needs cross functionally and influence where necessary (across various levels of the organization)

+ Ability to lead teams, both direct and indirect and drive functional leadership

+ Ability to manage a P&L and lead operations for a business


**Qualifications**
